Default windshield wipers

I just finished replacing the motor in my 87 camaro. I tore out all of the main wiring harness that involved the computer. I wouldn't have thought any of those wires were for the wiper motor. Anyways, i believe i have the motor all plugged in because when i turn the wipers on i hear a click coming from the wiper motor area but nothing happens. It sat idle wiht no motor in it for a good 6 months over the winter. Could the motor just go bad? Thanks in advance.

i wouldnt think so, but they may have seized up a bit on ya or something. Does it sound like they are trying to do anything other than a click?

No, the wipers dont even try to move or anything. Also, once i turn them on once it wont click again until i turn off the ignition and turn it back on and then try the wipers again. Im stumped haha maybe just try a new wiper motor.
