Default what is this switch
just bought an 87 z28 and would like to know what this switch is, i know its probly a stupid question so thanks for the help. https://camaroforums.com/photo.asp?p...ype=6&apage=1#

Looks like its either a manual fan switch, fog light switch, or the car could have had lights under the car and that was the toggle.

manual fan switch would be my first guess. But it could be almost anything. flip it and see what happens.

That is the GM secret option for releasing an oil slick when the bad guys are chasing you. Do not use unless totally necessary as it makes a mess.

lol ok flicked the switch and nothing happened thats why i came here so im assuming the guy that had the car befor me put it in>?

have you tried to follow the wires running from it i have a switch there also on my 89 but mines for a sentinel and looks different so i would just follow it if i were you and try to figure out were it goes
