I don't know what you mean by "Pro Street", but here are the rules for the OSCA Pro Street Class.

rebuilt 77 350 sb 4bbl, from the looks of it a fresh tranny. i havent ran the stamped # on it yet.
nothing has ever happed like this before but i got a 82 z-28 from a lady i barley know for free.
she practicly paid me to take it. it was hear sons. been sitting for some time know.
what would a good order be to start bolting on some performace. i got 1200.00 to start then it will be
piece by piece.

put a 383 stroker kit in it. with 10:1 pistons, some edelbrock aluminum heads, nice haeders, 2000-6000 rpm cam kit, and a dual carb setup with 2 holley 500s on it. and a mallory ignition. all this is gonna cost big bucks, but its prolly the best things you can get for a 350. unless you wanna supercharge it.

You're going to need to save a lot more money to get it to a pro-street stage. Whether or not it's in the "rule book", to be truly pro-street, you needa nasty engine and a drive train that can handle it (heavy duty trans, driveshaft, rearend, suspension). Therearend needs to be narrowed, limited slipwithh.d. axles, your wheelwells tubbed, and superwide tires tucked under the fenders. Also arear suspension such as a 4-link or air-bar would do the trick. Right now you have maybe half as much money as you need just for the rearend. The good thing is, you can slowly modify your car and do it in stages if you want. To get there all at once, the costof all the combinedcomponents alone (engine and add-ons,trans, driveshaft, rearend, suspension, wheels, tires) is going to beroughly between $9-11k. If that's beyond your budget, maybe just hopping-up the car a bit would be a better fit?
