Well Id like to refrase my question. I understand now that it fits the 305 and that includes the lower intake, runners, and runners; but this is Multi-port Injection and is this any better or worse than a used TPI setup. Also will i need a different wiring harness. Also how will i get all the sensors i need, as well as fuel rails and injectors. This seemsalot more expensive than a used TPI setup.

no it's use's all you factory hardware except the t-body (have to use a 58mm or a LT1 t-body), the only thing is i don't remember if the factory fuel rails will work. but the factory wiring harness will be plug and play because it uses all the OEM stuff.the mini-ram (or sometimes they call it a stealth-ram) will flow alot better than the stock tpi plenum , runners , and intake. the problem with the TPI is not the runner size, it's the runner length. the holley intake eliminates that issue.holley says the stealth-ram will support 580hp. and you can get it to work with vortec heads now. Vortec heads + good cam+ stealth-ram= big fun ... i have a complete TPI system sitting under my table @ work....if you want it i will sell it cheap...if you pay the shipping, the thing to do would be use the sensors and such from a used TPI system and get the Holley intake
