your timing chain cover (if thats 100% where the leak is coming from) could be warped. buy a new cover and gasket set and try that, and make sure to torque the bolts in sequence as per the repair manual to avoid warping the cover, its very thin metal and wont take much to distort it

Your harmonic balancer may be worn down and needs replaced or a sleeve. That seal could be leaking. when the cover was pulled and the gaskest replaced was the pan dropped? There is an edge on the cover wher the front pan seal goes and it fits over the edge of the oil pan. The mook that did it could have cut the corners off that lip and not gotten the seal in proper. Should of had a one piece pan gasket fished in there and the timing cover seal and gasket replaced at the same time. Plus since the timing cover was off if it still had the original timing chain with the plastic teeth that should have been replaced as well.
