I'm looking to pick up a car to play with here in the near future, I've narrowed down my choices to either a '91-'92 Z28 or an '87-'88 Monte SS. I want a t-top car. My question is, were t-tops available in '91-'92 on the Z28s with the L98 350 tuned port engine? I've seen lots of lesser Camaros with the t-tops but haven't found one with the L98.

If the L98 was unavailable with t-tops, how difficult would it be to swap one into a 305tpi car?

Secondly, I saw a '92 Trans Am with an L98 and t-tops on ebay, is this a factory car? Can TA's get both options?
