i can get you one from a junkyard that was in great shape, no rust. itll prolly be about $100 plus shipping. i know ebay, i bid on one up to $150, then said screw it, my little bit of rust isnt worth that.

 

I hope you guys are not looking to replace one of those because of some surface rust. If its rotted then yes but if its rusty just sand and paint. SEM which is in many paint stores make a nice spary can of trim black. It leaves a very nice satin finish that looks oem. It also looks good if your painting an air cleaner housing and last really well.
