That has alot to do with the driver also....maybe a low 13 for his car.

i was thinking about a thump-r cam, roller rockers, and stud gurtles, it should be in the 1500-6500rpm range, will i hurt anything going like crazy fast in 4th gear lock up at like 5500rpm for a long time? i here 350s are only good for sustained revs under 5000rpm..
