i found a 83 z-28. it is $2750.00 does that sound like the price they usually go for or what?

It looks good but what about the miles ??? How many are we talking about ?? That would play alot in the decision, especially the wear on the engine.

 

yeah I don't know if I'd pay that much more an '83. Go on ebay and search for camaros for sale and if you scroll down on the page on the left you can check a box to search completed listings. Then you can see what other camaros sold for or were asking and didn't sell. For comparison I just bought an '88 Iroc all original, T-top 5.7 TPI for $2500, in real clean shape.
