Update: The new Vortec heads, Cam and Holley 670 Avenger are on. I fired it up today, broke in the cam and took her for a test drive. Holy $hit snacks, I automatically noticed about a 20% gain in power. I do still have a NASTY stumble right off the line and when I hammer it under way. She will just hit a dead spot for about a second and then rip right open. Also, we cant seem to get the idle below about 1100. Timing is estimated to be about 12 degrees (junk timing gun) and Im still futzing with the mixture.
So what are your thoughts about the stumble? ( reman Holley 670 avenger)
My god does she sound good......

im not sure the specifics on it. read the manual, or maybe one of the carb gurus can help.
btw, your car is similar, but not exactly the same. mine is silver/charcoal and has hood louvers. but the rims are the same. did yours come with it? mine did, i have found that they are american racing wheels. id like to find a wider one for the rear, but i think im just going to have a wheel shop cut and widen it

Sweet! Video or it didn't happen though. It's weird, I started pulling my engine the day you fired yours up, lol.
On the stumbling, I would check the float levels.
