Default Regular and Z28 models?

Whats up guys I recently got into a car accident (Some guy in a buick hit me) and it messed up my front bumper cover and my right fender pretty bad now i was looking online and i saw a replacement fender for a few bucks but it wasnt a z28 fender now my question is does it matter? Can a regular 1984 Camaro's fender fit onto my 1984 Camaro z28?

Yes, to your question. Most Camaro major body parts did not change over the years. There is no difference between fenders, just the emblems and lower ground effects which can be added.

82-84 ARE model specific.....Z28's ground effects/bumpers will NOT work with later models. The entire nose is different in regards to the ground effects mounting. Make sure you order 84 specific parts.

Yes....there is also a difference between Z28 and Berlinetta front ends.

So, to give you a direct answer, If you have a 1984 Z28, make sure you find a company that sells a SPECIFIC body part for a 82-84 Z28

Ecklers is really good with these body parts, and fairly reasonable.
