Rear sway bar ?

Next question,

Those who have experimented, who likes/ doesn't like using a rear sway bar. I have always been against using them on RWD solid rear ends but as I'm going to rally this one I am wondering if anyone have some insight. I do NOT like understeer.

RE: Rear sway bar ?

The sway bar in the rear, depending on how fat, will increase oversteer, so it should make you happy. If you want the car to have neutral handling, you need to play with the size of both front an rear bars till you get it right. Also, rear sway bars will help to keep the right rear wheel planted on the pavement during hard acceleration.

RE: Rear sway bar ?

While the car will do some pavement work it will primarily be offroad. It has a 400 hp 350, T5 and LSD rear if that helps.

I will be using bushings rather that bearing as the offroad use means the bearings will have undue stress and the loose surfaces make this unecessary
