When anything in he motor locks up due to a lack of lube, 99% of the time the motor is gone if that happens

I have seen a/c compressors lock and kill a running motor (with the serpintine belt system) then keep them from turning over and give the belief of a seized motor. So I would not put it past an alt to be froze and keep the motor from turning. You may have a bad alt and weak starter. A weakened starter may not turn the motor over if the alt has a good grip on the belt.
Also, if water is getting in the cylinders then you might have hydralock. Water does not compress and a piston started to go up with a cylinder full of it on the compression stroke and stopped because it is full of water.
Pull your spark plugs. See if any cylinders have water in them.
Good luck and keep us informed

yeah milky oil is never a good sign. usually water mixed in and definately causes engines to lock up tight.

It's broke so You have to fix it. Those " head gasket in a can " things don't work. You have either a warped or cracked head or the gasket would have stayed sealed. Sorry to say it's time for a rebuild or another engine.
