parasitc draw
I nhave a strong parasitic draw in my '89 Camaro. I have pulled every fuse, unplugged every plug I can find, and still, it's there. Are all Fuseable links followed by other fuses in the circuits?

If I remember right the only power that is not obvious like the starter, alternator and fuses is the light system. They are fed by a fuseable link. The other thing you can try is to pull the bulk connector on the firewall. You should be able to find the wiring diagrams online, maybe google images?
Based on my experience you should look for any after market wiring. I have seen some pretty bad wiring when it comes to fog/driving lights and Stereos. If the bulk connector on the fire wall shows it inside the car then maybe the light switch itself. They can fall apart internally.
You also may want to invest in a inductive clamp DC current meter. I saw some on Amazon very reasonable. this will let you see the draw value and track it down a little easier. Those things use to be crazy expensive. In fact back when I was a tech it was cheaper to buy a used scope and add an inductive lead to it.
The above assumes you are doing the draw test properly.

The battery is new, so I am assuming it's good. I have about n60,iliamp of draw with everything off, even with every fuse pulled. -This doesn't include fuseable links, as I have yet to locate them.

60 Milli amps is a normal draw. It would take about 2 weeks to pull down any battery that could start the car cold. Good luck finding that. A good 800 AMP battery should last about 4 weeks. There are a lot of electronics on that car and many fuses not in the fuse box. Heck it takes 15-20 milli amps just so the clock does not lose time. Even a tiny short in a relay could cause that much draw and still work fine. Needle in a hay stack.
These power issues are a huge pain to chase and narrow down. I'd start the process of elimination by connection the amp/volt meter and start pulling fuses and relays until you can get in the ball park of what components are affecting the draw.
