Oil leaking from intake manifold bolts
Just the title says. Its just a very small amount, just enough to wet a paper towel. Its coming from around the intake manifold bolt by cylinder two. I've never seen this before...water yes, but oil no. There doesn't seem to be any water in the oil or vice versa. What should I keep an eye on at this point? SBC stroker less than 600 miles on the motor.

Some of the intake bolts extend into the lifter valley, and oil is pushing up the threads. The bolt threads should have had some RTV put on to prevent that. If it bothers you, remove the bolt, clean the threads well, coat the threads with RTV, and button it back down.

The chances are small...but possible. Since my motocross days, I'm very sensitive to tightening, or overtightening bolts since most mx stuff is cast aluminum. Anyways, I've had to go back and re-torque nearly every bolt on the car, so I'll double check everthing tonight.

I too doubt it would be from the valve cover gasket. Oil could drip down the head, but then it would have to jump up a good quarter inch at the raised lip of the intake manifold. Before it did that, the oil would run along that trough between the intake and head, then drip off the ends. Oil oozing up around the intake bolts isn't that uncommon, especially on uncoated threads.
