Hello, I'm new to the forum, from SW michigan. I am not having any luck at Thirdgen.org getting information, so I figured I'd try this forum.
I recently purchased a 1983 Z28, in "needs restored" condition, non running non original engine. Was a manual trans, but someone started converting it to an automatic and never finished.
It turns out the car is one of the few 1983 Guldstrand Camaros... modified by racecar driver turned chevy tuner, **** Guldstrand. I have found a few articles about these cars, each one was built to taste for the customer. I am working with the current managment of Guldstrand to get more information about my particular car.
Is anyone familiar with this car, or heard of one before?

I've. Heard of the "guldstrand mod" for improving the front suspension geometry. But that's about it. It should have GSS track plate somewhere. Maybe one of the senior specailist
can chime in
