There's my motor. Not a picture of the one in my car, but the exact same one. And after further investigation, I think its my fuel lines. I tried to take the fuel filter off, and the damn fuel line split on the motor side. The gas that pissed out for 5+ minutes was rust brown, so I would assume either the tank or lines had/has water in it. What would be the cheapest easiest solution? Could i replace the steel fuel lines with high pressure rubber hose?

You could use rubber for now, but they do have coiled 3/8" fuel line at the parts store.I almost blew my car and myself up one time working on a leaky fuel line so be careful.

Do not use rubber fuel hose for the front to back run, for obvious possible puncture/explosion safety reasons.
Hard line, or braided is what you want to use. Don't go cheap, and you won't go "boom"!
