Need Help Having Electrical issues

I have a 1986 camaro RS 305 4bbl The problem Im having is that after driving the car either 15 min or 2 hrz my car will not fully start again without jump starting it. The battery gets fully drained. Battery and alternator is brand new! Anyone have any ideas? Post back or email me at suprazownu@aol.com. Thank you for any advice.

Check all wiring and ground cables between the alternator, battery, starter, and chassis. Especially the fusible links (rust colored section of wire) One goes between the alternator & starter solenoid, the other one goes from alternator to the battery. With the car on fast idle check the voltage at the battery with a voltmeter, it should be around 14 volts.

on my 89 there was a spot by the radiator support where the wire connected to the chassis and it was all rusted up. after i cleaned that the car was fine and started fine again.

I have found by replacing the power wire from the batt to the alt on any of my cars with 4 g power wire i always have brighter lights and higher voltage. Make sure not to buy cheap wire.
The more wire per strain then the more power flows easyer.
