Weman, let me give you some hints to get along around here. We welcome new guys with questions, we all have to start somewhere. 1) Stop using text message verbage. 2) Ask more specific question. Asking "How do I add more horespower" is just way too general.
Finally, the reason why Im beating you up over 4.11's is because that gear selection is generally reserved for strip racing. 4.11's are a bit drastic for everyday driving. Great off the line acceleration, but KILLS your top end. Also, if you really have those gears, you have already added the most noticeable addition you can make. I suggest that you put the car in the air and count axle to tire rotation.
Welcome aboard.

ok cool i will do my best and for the 4'11s im going to get 373's is that better? i have not top end with the 4'11s but fast acceleration i would rather have both r 373's the way to go or not?
and what do u mean by. I suggest that you put the car in the air and count axle to tire rotation i dont know what u mean by that.

put the back end up on stands. make a mark on the drive shaft thats CLEARLY visible from on either side of the car. also make a mark on the tire, tape works best for this since it comes right off. Slowly turn the tire one time around and count the amount of times the drive shaft turns. its not an exact way but will get you a good guess.
Best way is to pop the cover and count teeth on the ring gear. then theres something else to it i think.. somebody will fill in the blank im sure.

As 350 said.....you turn the tire and count. Search this site to get a better tutorial (only because Ive forgotten the exact way to do it.)
3.73's are great. Im currently running them, but if really have 4.11's, just keep them. You wont be able to replace those gears for less than about 400 bucks. 4.11's will give you better 'off the line launch', but as Ive said, kills your top end. My car has 3.73's and no overdrive, I top out around 110 mph.
