Default Leaking injectors?

I think my injectors are leaking because it seems like the engine cranks forever when the engine is cold and almost stumbles when it fires, after it startsits ok. I can turn the engine off and re-start it with no problems what so ever. My question is could it be the injectors causing this or is this a common problem on the 305 TPI?

It could be the injectors, but also the fuel pump check valve, the fuel pressure regulator, or a real leak.

Where is the fuel pump check valve? I just replaced the fuel pump a couple of months ago and the fuel pressure seems to be ok. Is the check valve located in the tank?
Thanks.

Nate

Check valve comes with the pump. Also check he fuel pump relay. If the relay is bad the system does not get primed and it takes a lot of cranking until the oil pressure goes up and closes the fuel pump contacts in the oil pressure sensor, which provide another path for power to the fuel pump
