INFL Rest

I got a 1992 Camaro and when i start my car INFL Rest shows up. What does that mean.
Is that bad and how hard is it to fixes it?

Inflatable Restraint Or ( Air Bag ) Its not a problem if it blinks when you first start the car. That lets you know it has run a test and everything is okay. If it stays on then have it checked out. Sick
