Ducati has the most WSB titles of any manufacture. Harley droped out after many years of losing on thier VR1000. (basicly the same porche designed motor in the Vrod).
Triumph used to race thier 595 Daytona but droped out many years ago. Now its the 955i. My brother has one of those.
People ask me why I did I not get a harley. I tell them I would have to be old and slow.

 

Yeah, that VR1000 was a joke. The whole Buell line is a joke also. No matter how you chrome plate a turd, its still a turd. Sure, they have gobs of low end power, but they were such a nighmare when they first came out! ( I was a service manager for Harley and lived thru the recall nightmares....) Now they have their own engines (not the1200) so I really think they have gotten away from the 'Harley Sport Bike' thing. And Erik Buell is a ******.

 

I had the same issue with the 87 IROC 5.7, I tried thicker oil and it didn't do anything, so I got totally pissed and just ran full synthetic, hurt the pocket but it brought it up. That worked till the x undid the oil filter (jealous rage)my car isbetter than his and I was forced to go to petro canada (gas station) and I got synthetic blend and it topped er right up. Don't take my advice though, my IROC is possesed.

Yup, that's what we thought, that is why we have all come to the conclusion that it is possesed.

 

We all scratched our asses a few different ways to try to figure it out but no luck.

LMFAO. Ya no kidding. I think the car hates me...that's okay, I hate it too. I just don't know if it's a guy or girl...when I get a little steamed I think I refer to it as a woman but it may be a guy, well, it kinda goes both ways now that I think about it, may explain the bitterness...
