ok first of all, you should NOT be going this fast on public roads, i have done this for the simple fact that i put 3.73s in and never corrected the speedo so i could only do 75 mph on the highway however, for those of you who have driven I84 in CT or I495 in mass, you will die at that speed

ok first things first, dissconect the battery

next get at the computer in the passangers side foot well, there is a black pannel which has 3 screws which needs to come off, then, reach up and slide the computer down

go to the smaller connector and find wire "A10" it is a brown wire on the smaller of the two connectors to the computer


next snip the wire, this is the Vehicle speed sensor (VSS)now you might be thinking, great, no more VSS woo whoo, wrong, this can control shift points and TC lockup, also, you will receive a constant SES light if this is done, you need to wire in an on and off switch run some thiner (i used 16 guage i believe) wire and find a spot you like to put the switch in, i put mine to the left of the steering wheel right below the HVAC vent


i can wire about as good as homer simpson, so if i can do it any one should be able to

(The switch might be a little easier though)

took me all of ten minutes to do, switch was a pain to mount, and the drill sliped[:@](that crack) i had already done this as the wire was cut and wire tyed but i figured id share cause i was board

can a mod sticky this or something or do they not do that here?
