The 350 will run on the 305 stuff. To do it right though it would need the EST module, knock sensor and I think only a PROM, not the whole computer, and injectors.

would u suggest swappin carb or gettin the computer stuff?

i know more hot-rodders run off carbs but.. pros and cons of both? include prices (ballpark) please.

i just got fired from work today so i need to retain as much of my bank $ as possible...[sm=helpout.gif]

I see more hot rodders going FI. If you are going to do a swap then you would have the cost of a 350 and carb swap parts. Or just swap to a 350 and use the 305 parts for now.

i dontknow about that all the hard core ricer eaters around here still run carbs theywould rather run a carb thanthe FI crap and its easyer to tune a carb than FI onthe weekends at your house or shop,but thats all a preffrence iguess

FI can be nice, but it is so much easier just to run a carb and not have to worry about all the computer bull****. Get a 350, a nice intake, a holley street avenger 670 carb, and a good distributor and thats all you need, rather than injectors and sensor and all that BS.
