Thumbs up Hey all! New Here, just wanted to say Hi!

Hey fellow Camaro enthusiasts, my name is Mik and I just joined the forum today. I actually just bought a 3rd Gen Camaro, I used to own a Pontiac Firebird Formula (1989) when I was a teenager, but now I'm back in the club lol. My Camaro is a bit of a project car, I have a 1990 RS 6 cylinder body with the z28 body kit and rims, 305 TBI V8 with short headers into flowmaster exhaust. I just have a stock rear end right now with 3:08 gears but I do have a 3:73s that I can put in if gas ever drops below 3 bucks a gallon again lol Oh naturally I have a t5 tranny in with just basic bolt ons done to the engine, nothing major... Just happy to be part of the club again

Right now my car - which my wife likes to call "Christine" after the Stephen King novel LOL - is three different colors as we did some serious repairs and used parts from three different cars... So i'm gonna have her painted after I work out all the little kinks, but she is my only ride right now so I have to make sure to ride her easy so she lets me get to class and work without any problems - i know all of you guys probably have been there...

Anyway, it's nice to be part of the community, and I hope I can contribute to some discussions or maybe get to know some folks who live down here in Louisiana =) Take Care and have a great weekend!

Sincerely,
Mik

Hey! Welcome! I am fairly new here too. I just bought my first camaro. Its a 91 RS with a 305 TBI. Body is in pretty sweet shape though. Virtually no rust. Just some small dings here and there.

Still having some trouble with run-ability though, but its a working progress!
