Default Heater core replacement trouble

I need to know where the heater hoses connect to the heater in an 86 camaro. Is it possible to bypass the heater? Does anyone have any schematics where the inlet and outlet hoses connect to the heater? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

i suppose your core blew, and in which case, it needs to be replaced, obviously. But you can bypass it, i did it. I couldnt tell you how as my dad told me what hose to grab and do what with it... since im still learning the ropes, but its been done by pretty much every camaro owner out there i believe.

there should be a valve of sorts where the supply from the water pump connects, then it runs to the firewall and returns back to the valve. very easy to bypass, just plug the supply coming from the water pump. Sick
