what other chevy cars can i use a 350 from to put in to my camaro 89' rS

 

u can use any 350 from any car if u really want u can even use a truck 350 if u wanted

 

would i get the same power though

 

overall, a 350 is a 350. the difference between a trucks 350 and a cars 350 is a truck 350 will have a low end cam and a low end manifold along with certain heads. you can turn any 350 into what you want. you can turn a 350 with 190 horsepower and 360 ft lbs of torque into a high revving horspoewer machin with 500 horsepower and 350 ft lbs of torque. its all what your wallet can accomodate.

 

alright i finally figured it out with the 350 thing, i found a 350 off another camaro, i'm going to put an entire 383 stroker kit from northern auto parts what do ya think? the enginge runs, but i minus well make it run better by taking it apart and putting the crank, cam lifter set from crane, pistons etc....
