Default Fuel pump question

I have a 91 rs with a 3.1. I'm changing the fuel pump. I work at an autoparts store and they Carrie airtex. But Ive been reading and I found a lot of bad stuff about airtex plus some things customers tell me horror stories hahaha. So my question is does anyone know what would a good fuel pump brand be. Delphi? Ac-delco? Any part numbers? Thanks for the info.

i dont have part numbers off the top of my head, but an ac-delco or a walbro fuel pump would be good. a friend of mine went through 5 of those airtex pumps in an 8 month span with his pick up. thankfull everytime they went bad, he didnt have a full tank. he finally bought a walbro and hasnt had any issues since

airtex is pure junk. when i worked at a autoparts store i ALWAYS directed them away from those if it was in the budget. delphi makes a good one. walbro does too. basically just stay away from airtex or whatever..

Thank you. I kept looking around and I found a delphi and an ac-delco.
