does anyone here know how to remove the front k member out of an 86 camaro. everything is already off of the member, i'm just wondering if i have to cut anything or if its just bolted on, thanks

aside from the small gussets there are 4 good size bolts that should be very tight. Remove those and boom, its out

cool! So that looks like it has extra bracing. Those holes in front of and after the spring hole is where the bolts are located that hold the factory one up

thats what i was figuring too. yeah its a pretty neat piece, stronger and lighter than stock, not as bulky under the hood, has all the mounts for everything, you can choose between small block or lsx motor mount pads. spohn also has tubular a-arms, torque arms and trans xmembers that are designed for whatever trans you want to put in your car
