front bumper
 

is there any secret to taking off the bumper and fenders or do i jus have to deal with the tight spaces and everything else. im pretty sure its the second but thought i should ask.

Deal with it. It is a little easier to get the bumper cover off by going under the car to get the bolts out of the front fender rather than trying to get to them through the holes in the fender under the hood.

can i just take the fenders and the bumper cover off as one piece and not worry about the bumper bolted to the fender because i need to replace one of the fenders as well? thanks

There would be no suport for the fenders and they may damage the cover while you move it. It is only 3 or for extra bolts to take the cover off of the fenders. Going underneath or removing the fender linders and going through the wheel are with a long extension is not hard.
