Hi my name is Sam and this is my first post to this site.

I'm looking to buy an 82-92 Camaro.
I figured before i just wing it i'd ask you guys for some advice on maybe a good year to buy.
My requirements for the car is that the interior is there, body isnt rusted through (i live in Florida so they're usually fine), has a 305 so i can rebuild it to my liking, and is manual.

I have a 95 TBI chevy with a 350 i rebuilt so i know the engine pretty well.

How do the years of these cars vary and what's the best packages to look for?

I don't know much about the 80-90, but I would go with a gen5.
