i use to be scared to really get on this thing.. but i went from a worn out Dodge Neon to this.. But now im sitten there tryin to make the car go faster by rocking back and forth even when its floord!! lol. Not that it isnt powerfull, ive just grown use to it. I need to redo it so it scares me again. I think i will go with the 3.73's in the rear since its not a DD anymore.

Im telling you, going to the 3.73's from a 2.77 was amazing. Faster off the line and uber responsive at highway speeds. My th350 doesnt have overdrive so she spins a bit high on the freeway, but its SOOOO worth it. I have to be gentle on the tires now.....

Youmay only need the driven gear and maybe a housing for it as there is a long and short depending on the gears. You should find on a calculator what gears you need. Pull out the unit and look inside at the color of the drive gear to see if it right. They are color coded. If it needs to be changed then you need to pull the tail shaft house and there is a clip and the plastic gear slides onto the shaft.

Very simple. All you got to do is find out what color gears you need with the tire size and rear gears you have.

yea, im still decideing on wheels. i found some nice after market ZR1 style wheels for the thirdgen camaro. 17x8. i wish it were a 9 or at least 8.5 but its ok. if not those then ill use the iroc wheels i have now. and rear im decideing between a 3:43 or 42 ( which ever it is) and a 3:73. im leaning more toward the 3:73 side though

Yeah if you want quick off the lineand do not care about the higher rpm go with the 3:73. I went from a 3:43 to a 2:77 in my 84 and it was no big dif but if I were to go to a 3:73 now I would really notice it.
