Default exhaust size?

Anyone know what the stock exhaust pipes are (2.25 or 2.5)?

depends on where you are measuring. some have a 3 inch y pipe, some have a 2.75 (i think, im not sure), and all go to a 2.75 at the muffler

wuts the best and most accurate way to measure it. just a tape measure across the middle from end to end of the pipe.

3" is the diameter of the pipe and you can measure across the widest point. Example in picture of size of 3' dia pipe.

if you cant measure an open part, use a peice of string, wrap it around and mark it, measure that, and divide by 3.14. that will get you the outter diameter, which will be fairly close to the inner diameter
