I'mbuilding a 540 BBC for my 76 Camaro drag car. My question is does anyone know if the Dart Big M blocks have the same mounting holes as a stock 454 or where I can find that out? I need to mock up the front a rear motor mount plates and tranny mounts with it bolted to a block, but I don't want to buy the Dart block yet since I won't have the car done for about 6 months and I don't want the block sitting around rusting.

Thats not a third gen question. Maybe engine and internals. 76 isnt even a third gen.
