GREETINGS AND SALUTATIONS I am new to this site, ANYWHO I have a 1989 Camaro rd and my question is I drained the oil and it seems like there might be RADIATOR FLUID in the oil WHAT can be the cause of that and how can I fix it depending on the severity of course or is my engine shot

Reads like it might be a leaky head gasket.
You might pull spark plugs and when engine is cold, install a coolant pressure tester and pump in min of 16 PSI, maybe 20 max, and leave set for an hour.
Look at gauge in seening if it kept pressure, and if not, inspect cylinders for coolant.
However, a quick check is looking at spark plugs as they are pulled out as the 'cleanest one' is the leaky cylinder.
But then, I'm not a professional mechanic.

Look in your radiator for oil too, sure sounds like a head gasket problem to me.

Depending on which engine you have it could also be an intake gasket issue. Don't drive the car if you think you are getting anti freeze in the oil. This will wipe out the bearing. I would not even start it until I was sure there was not antifreeze in the oil.

As Gorn suggests, check dipstick for 'milk' - presence of coolant mixed with oil.
Also, tighten intake bolts.
Another check when engine was running, is the top radiator hose taught to the squeeze?
If solid, good sign, but monitor how long the 'solid' lasts. If short time, under 30 minutes, leak in coolant system.
