And like I said its a dumb question, but what are the valves openings for?

Emissions. Your A.I.R. pump check valve and hoses would connect to those fittings. Does that mean your factory AIR setup is m.i.a.?
If so, you'll need to cork those header fittings off with plumbing caps.

AH HA; Gotcha, I was confused because my AIR pump is missing.. So I should just cork those...

Hey thanks again,
one more question, and it may be impossible to answer, but what is this cylinder for, I got it with the headers?

Its like 2 cm by 5 cm.

It's unfortunate the tubes are there, it makes the headers look a little less pretty. You can get the caps at your local hardware store, Home Dopey, etc. They are a NPT (National Pipe Thread) and are in the plumbing section. I found some shiny zinc coated caps when I once removed the air stuff, they don't look too bad.

you should have saved the money and got a set without the air tubes. as for the cylinder, read the parts list
