What would be involved in swapping an automatic transmission for a 5 or 6 spd tranny in a 3rd gen?

I was just saying in general, probably with a 350. I am looking for something with a man. trans but everything seems to be auto matic. I was reading around, and it would be a pain im guessing. Tranny clutch pedal assm. ect ect.
