1.6 rockers wont give you much gain at all unless you have a properly ground cam. there isnt much to do to those engines for under 200 dollars, and underdrive pullies are pretty much a waste of time. i would go with headers for sure. other than that, unless you want to start getting into engine work thats about all you can do. if fuel mileage isnt a concern, you could look at throwing some new gears in the back, like a 3.42 or 3.73, or if your daring 4.10-4.11 (not sure what they make for our cars). doesnt increase horsepower, but you get quicker acceleration with higher gears.

the 1.6 ratio rockers do give a great up if you want to keep the stock cam. you wont see much difference between 1.52 and 1.6 with an aftermarket cam though because its outflowing the stock heads. but i think the stock rockers are actually about a 1.48 ratio. and roller rockers alone are enough to free up another 5-7 hp and improve fuel economy.

if you dont want to do that, then headers, y pipe, and a high flow cat would be good

Headers are going to be my next project and I already dropped the cat and replaced it with a straight pipe all the way down. In MI there are no emmision laws so I can just have straight pipes.
