Remove all the bezel screws. It makes it a little easier to lower the column by taking the panels off under the dash and removing the nuts that hold it up. This allows the cluster to clear the column easy. After you remove the bezel (torx screws by the way) you can see the screws that hold the cluster in. The wires for the cluster stay on the dash. They will unplug as you pull the dash out. The speedo cable is a little harder. Either you can go under the car and remove it from the trans for slack or pull on the cluster and squeeze your hand behind it (I have always been able to fit my hand there) and push on a metal tab that holds the cable onto the speedo and pull at the same time.
