I was curious how difficult it would be to swap my transmission to a 5 speed and about what parts I'd need. I dont see it as being too difficult as long as I can find all the parts...which I most likely can

 

This topic seems to get covered 4 times a week here. Ill save you all the grief of searching thru hundreds of threads....the final answer is....its not worth the effort.

Too much time, too much money, too many small things to replace, its just not worth the effort.

 

I have a link at home that explains everything its for a v8 but still the same... as for parts look for a wrecked 5 speed on Craigslist you'll need the whole car
