I got her started with a new battery and tightening the distributor.
I had a friend help me since I know nothing about cars. He told me my car wouldn't idle because my timing was off and he didn't know what the timing of my car is suppose to be. He tryed to do it by ear and i drove it back to my house. parked it and drove to my moms to give her her car back.
I got back to my car that night and started to drive it and it wont go over 45 mph.
The same night the previous owner came over cause he saw the car sitting there. I showed him that it starts up. He thinks it is because the thermal something something valve needs a thermal something something seal.

I thought I would remember what it is.
