I just bought a project car that I'm restoring. This is the third 3rd gen I've owned but what brings on the electric fans and where is it located. Whoever had this before me wired around the switch and wired it direct so when I hit the key the fan just comes on. Any help here?

 

engine ecm turns them on. i suggest putting a relay and switch in it and control it yourself, or buy an aftermarket fan harness with adjustable thermostat. the programming doesnt allow the fan to come until its over 210
