I've had this 1982 Camaro for going on two years, trying it as my first rebuild and sinking more and more money into it every month.

My question to you guys the more experience people in this situation..will it ever pay off.
What is an actually realistic price on a completely rebuilt from ground up 82 Camaro, cause i know they aren't as sought out as the 60's and 70's are.

I'm working full time, and going to school full time...I feel its gotten to the point where i need to either just go all in, or cut my loses and let her go to a better home.

 

Depends where you are, man. Around here, a good condition third gen will sell for $8k. But some places, you'll be lucky to get $2k for it. Check out Craigslist and Kijiji, and other classified sites in your area to see what they're going for and that'll give you a better idea than I can.

 

I hope your project 82 Camaro is a hobby and NOT investment. Because if you think it is a investment it is loss already.
