Default '82 Berlinetta

OK, for whatever reason my computer will NOT let me post in my other thread, so here's an update here: The car IS a V8 juding by the dual exhaust on it, I will hopefully be checking it out either some time this week or this up-coming weekend (a bunch of things came up on the other side). They haven't gotten much on offers so far, $100 on one, 10,000 baseball cards on the other so it looks like I'll get my $500 and we'll both be happy. Wish me luck!

Don't judge the number of cylinders by how many tail pipes. Early cars had a single pipe on the 4 bangers for sure. Not sure about the sixes but later 6 or 8 came with two and that can always be changed. The original muffler could have rotted out long ago.

Good Luck!

Hm, well, we'll see then. They said it's getting 10mpg right now and think it has something to do with the stalling problem, but I suppose a V6 could still manage to kill it down to 10mpg if it was really bad. I'll let y'all know!

Yep, just asked and it's a V8 alright. I'll be looking at it on Sunday, since I'll be out of town friday and saturday, and they aren't open during the week...
