4th gen seats in a 3rd gen
im wondering, have any of you tried to put the 4th gen seats in your 3rd gen? i think it can be done, but is ita simple bolt in type of change, or is this move the mounts kind of change

They are both GM vehicles. They are not like fooords where parts don't interchange that well. |

that was my thought, i think i have heard of people doing it, but i dont remember if it required them to move things around or not.

i took the seats out of my 89 dodge spirit once. cause the carpet was filthy. it was a pain in the *** lol. everything was torqued down to like 400 in/lbs. ok lol not nearly that much. but they were a pain to break. especially the seatbelt bolts. those were understandable.

Lots of times there is lock tite on the threads that make it a ***** to remove them all the way until the end. Specialy on the seat belts.

alright, now i can get a drivers seat that moves and seats that arent bent towards the middle from the torque!!!
