Default 305 to 350

I have a friend who has a 1992 camaro 305 with port fuel injection he wants to swap the engine for a 350 port fuel injection. what is the best year and model to take the 350 from and what modifications are needed to compensate from the extra displacement? also what will bolt onto the 350 from the 305?

anything from a 305 will bolt onto a 350 just like anything from a 267 will bolt onto a 350

I am going to agree with both of them but you can get a tuned port from another camaro. Mine has one that came stock. so look for a parts car so you dont have to buy to much for the swap.

if you are goin for massive power that will bolt in pretty quick, a 383 is also a good option, im currently in the process of a switch, there are a few issues you have to go through, such as needing a cowl induction hood to fit over the engine, but its also easy power, tell me how many 350's get 500 lb/ft of torque and 400 hp normally aspirated with no major add on components. just an idea for ya.

Any 350 from an 86 or later Firebird/Camaro will fit perfectly.
