i ran in to the same problem, if the block reads GM5.0LG thats a **** LG4 305 the HO motors were L69's and the only diff was the cam. hp differance was 150 and 190 for the HO

before you buy it, see if you can drag it to a shop or something to get it checked out for the charging problem, it could be the smallest thing ever, but just play it safe before you do anything that you'll regret
