Default 2?

i have two ?
I was wondering about how much horse power my motor might have cause I was talking to some people and some say about 300 and others say about 400. The motor is in my 85 camaro but no transmission and I don't have a lot of money left to bring it to a dino shop near me. Its a 383 stroker with a xtreme energy comp cam, edelbrock intake with a 600 cfm edelbrock carb, camel hump head ported and polished. I was also wondering on how much oil presser should I have it has about 38 psi and 1000 rpms I heard that this is really low

You don't really have enough specifics to give a HP.

and a rule of thumb is 10 psi per 1000 rpm.

Forget other peoples guesses and just spend the money on a Dyno run. Then the horsepower number will not be a guess.
