Default 1986 Camaro Iroc TPI 5.0 Problem

I have changed out my fuel pump. I tested the new fuel pump and know it will work. when it is hooked up to the car it has no power. There is no power to the fuel pump relay also and the service engine light does not come on when you turn the ignition to the on position. Here is the kicker. The fuel pump fuse is not blown. I have even changed it out and nothing still works. Any clues if this is the ECM possibly? I know there is not a fuse link per the wiring diagram.

i have the same year and model, and i think mine had the same problem. the power to my fuel pump is directly to the battery, but its still on a relay and on the ignition. id run a new wire to the fuse from the fuel pump and see how that goes

Did you check the ECM fuse? Is the ECM plugged in? Check for power to the fuse. The light could be burned out. There may also be a light driver. A small blue box with a printed circuit board inside. Never seen one go bad but could be.

MIKE, IS THE ECM FUSE ON THE REGULAR FUSE BLOCK? IF IT IS I HAVE CHECKED ALL THE FUSES AND THEY ARE WORKING. EVEN PULLED THEM OUT AND VISUALLY INSPECTED THEM
