Default 1984 Camaro z28 gauge cluster

My speedo and tach work, but the other gauges don't (temp, fuel, etc. ) what are the chances it's an electrical problem or the cluster itself? Also, is it a hard job to replace the cluster? I'm fairly mechanical. Appreciate any thoughts.

Just as I stated. The needles of these three objects on the sprint are constant to the lowest. It simply came about instantly. I began the engine upon getting fuel and that they did not move. I drove hours and became the car off for six hours, thinking they could "wake up" or reset come what may, however nothing. I stopped at a dealership at the way home and one of the sales men fiddled round, checking if a fuse had blown, however now not a fuse.
